Dr Liz discovered Chiropractic at the age of 30, after seeking help for asthma with which she had struggled since early childhood. Little did she know back then that seeing a Chiropractor would transform her life, not only in terms of her health but also in her career.
Liz has a varied history, working as an economist, an IT consultant, running a florist shop and as a Chiropractic receptionist. She completed her Chiropractic training in 2013, graduating with distinction among the top of her class from RMIT University in Melbourne.
Liz sees her role as a Chiropractor as being a partner with people who want to achieve health and wellness goals. Her aim is to have people of all ages feeling and functioning as well as they can. She loves Chiropractic for its focus on health from the 'inside out' and she loves ABC™ for its powerful, consistent, measurable results. Liz has trained with world leaders in ABC™ technique both in Australia and internationally and takes pride in continually refining her skills.
Outside of the Chiropractic clinic, Liz is a mummy to two beautiful girls and a wife to the amazing Gary. She loves Bikram yoga, crochet, taking dance classes and swimming at the Sunshine Coast's amazing beaches.
Dr Carlyle Jenkins

Chiropractor, lifestyle medicine practitioner
After graduating in 2000 from Macquarie University, Dr Carlyle embarked on a little ski adventure to Europe. He forgot to come home and after working in family practice in south west London, he opened his own practice on the world-famous medical precinct Harley Street.
Dr Carlyle's award-winning business Prohab Performance is respected for lifestyle medicine and chiropractic. He understands the critical issues facing those with chronic health conditions as well as those of people looking to maximise physical performance.
Now 20 years into that adventure, Dr Carlyle decided to bring his young family home to the coast. He is happy to be home and is super excited to join the incredible Posture HQ team. Dr Carlyle's number one aim is to bring his skills and knowledge to help our Noosa community thrive.

Having moved to Noosa from England in 2005, Julia thoroughly embraces the Australian lifestyle with her husband and miniature schnauzer.
After experiencing the benefits of ABC™ Chiropractic herself, along with her husband and several of her friends, Julia jumped at the chance to join the team at PostureHQ. Julia will take care of all your administrative requirements and can answer all your questions about care at PostureHQ.
